Notice for Kantatsu's Parent Company, Sharp Corporation

As of today, our parent company, Sharp Corporation (hereinafter "Sharp") disclosed "Notice of Improper Accounting Treatment at Sharp's Consolidated Subsidiary and Establishment of Investigation Committee".

Kantatsu will fully cooperate with the investigation by the committee established by Sharp.

Immediately following the completion of the investigation, Kantatsu will announce the results of the investigation, and other issues.

Kantatsu expresses its sincere apologies to the customer, business partners and related parties for any inconvenience or concern that this matter may cause.
